This isn't an original
Dog Birthday Cake Recipe
but it worked well.
It's basically a big flat meatloaf.
- 1lb ground beef-extra
lean
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup oat meal
- 1/2 cup cracker
crumbs or breakfast cereal crumbs. Pick
something with as little refined sugar as possible.
- about a cup or cup
and a half of any variety of mashed potatoes
- slices of cheddar
cheese or any yellow cheese
Dog Food Recipe
Directions:
Blend all items together
with your hands or a mixer or whatever comes to mind
until completely blended.
Pour into an oblong cake
pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake in oven at
350 for 25- 35 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Carefully invert on to plate and frost with mashed
potatoes.
I made lettering by
cutting up slices of cheddar cheese, which works
best when they're really cold.
